2011 Season – August 1, 2010 thru July 31, 2011
2011
Super Bowl at White Sands Bowling Center in Ft Walton Florida on:
JUNE 4 & 5, 2011 à Forty Seven (47) members were invited to participate in accordance with their Qualifying Factor
(either by Points or by Last Chance). ALL participated with Eighteen (18) in both Masters and Classic while Minors qualified
only Eleven (11). The highest finish in Minors, without the required Six Stops was allowed to participate as a PACER ONLY
but did not earn any Scholarship. Note to all participants, several could have met the six stop requirement but they did not bowl
at the Last Chance. Hope that never occurs again, nothing beats the opportunity to bowl the Super Bowl.
On Saturday, we had all the Annual Achievement Plaques issued along with the final regular Stop plaques.
Then we shared the EAGLE awards for all three Divisional Point Champions. Each earned a $150 scholarship also.
Masters – Kamron Doyle Classic – Samuel Bratton Minors - Dalton Tilghman
Then we shared the SPORTSMAN of the year awards for Girls and Boys. Each earned a $150 scholarship also.
Girls – Olivia Derico Boys – Carter Tilghman
This award was declared a Memorial Award for Chris Wall in 1994. Since we choose to honor the memory of other
past Sportsmen the award was renamed the Memorial Sportsman Award and lists those lost.
Chris Wall – Corey Sanders – Charlie Saunders
